Student Application for the Huntley College of Agriculture Emergency Assistance Program
April 15, 2020 Update: The Huntley College of Agriculture has received far more applications for assistance than it has funds. Therefore, the college is suspending acceptance of new applications for financial assistance until additional donor funds are raised. Through a gift from a donor, the Huntley College of Agriculture has started a fund to help students in the college who are in dire need of emergency financial assistance because of an unforeseen emergency or crisis, such as a medical emergency, housing displacement, lost job, or an accident.
This form is to gather information and assess each student's situation. Please include whatever documentation that you can to support your application. A small committee will review the application. All information provided will remain confidential.
